Result:

I've noticed the house is now warmer during the day time. My gas heater rarely kicks on now when the sun is out unless it's a gloomy or rainy day and the attic isn't warm enough to heat up the house.
I don't have to smell the neighbors BBQ anymore!
I haven't been able to gauge the humidity since it's been raining so much more this past year, but something is working because I'm not emptying the dehumidifier more than once a day, sometimes even once every few days.

Goals:

Cool down upstairs bedrooms during the day (work from home)

System Installed:

Three vents (main bedrooms)
Cooling kit
2 Sense units (one upstairs, one downstairs)

Result:

The upstairs bedrooms are much cooler during sunny days, and unexpectedly warmer on cloudy days when the rest of the house is cold.
Our HVAC doesn't work well upstairs, so even with air conditioning we were often uncomfortable at night, now we don't even have to open a window.

Goals:

Air quality
Prevent odors from other residents and smokers
Even out temperatures (one room is always cold, the other always hot)

System Installed:

Single vent system tied into existing HVAC
Heat transfer kit

Result:

Our system completely stopped cooking odors from other residents entering our home, as well as rubbish smells from the corridor compost. We also no longer smell cigarette or marijuana smoke! Thanks to this our home is now quieter and more comfortable (we live near downtown and opening windows to clear the air lets in a lot of noise).
The heat from our second bedroom (South facing) now keeps our primary bedroom warm (East facing), saving us money on heating and the other bedroom is much more comfortable.
